The spa treatment exceeded my expectations as it was tailored perfectly to my needs. The cozy fireplace in the room added a romantic touch to our stay especially with the beautiful views outside.
The cleanliness of the dining area left something to be desired and could use improvement.

The picturesque hiking trails lead right to Buttermilk Falls. The ambiance is cozy with a warm fireplace, made for excellent morning and evening relaxation.
Could use some updates in room amenities, especially the bathrooms, which feel a bit cramped and outdated. I found a fake fingernail on the bed, which definitely wasn't a welcome sight. The terrace was disappointing too. Its chipped paint and wet floor from a leak above kept us from enjoying what could have been an excellent landscape view.

Appreciated this small hotel, marvellous and fantastic location and immaculate rooms. The room with a fireplace and jetted tub. The breakfast was reasonably priced and great, the check in was quick. Furthermore, free parking was good.
The staff was stressful.
